Laurie Collyer
Laurie Collyer (born 1967)〔(Interview with director Laurie Collyer, Goliath Business September 22, 2007 )〕 is an American film director.
Born in Summit, New Jersey, she grew up in Mountainside, New Jersey and attended Oberlin College.〔Brooks, Brian. I lived all my life in Mountainside, New Jersey until I went to Oberlin College at age 17."〕 After working at a series of odd jobs, she went to film school at New York University. In 2013 she directed, ''Sunlight Jr.'', starring Naomi Watts and Matt Dillon. Her latest film is ''The Secret Life of Marilyn Monroe'' which stars Kelli Garner, Susan Sarandon, Emily Watson, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, and Eva Amurri Martino.
